A Proud Heritage
In 2000, Kim Fowler, a young real estate agent, observed families dreaming of a buying a new home or their first home. Kim's family was one of these buyers.
Disapproving of agents who never asked to show her the house she had called about and never asked her to come into the office and teach her how to buy a home, and seeing a tremendous need for honest, knowledgeable real estate people, Kim decided to become a realtor for her and her family only.
After entering the field she realized that a lot of families had the same fears about Realtors she had, so she joined the MLS and went to work with one goal in mind. Help the home buyers and look out for the customer's best interest above all.
In 2000 she joined Coldwell Banker Jim Stewart, Realtors and earned many awards her most recent being one of the top 21 percent of all Coldwell Banker Realtors Nationwide. With this kind of success she knew her next move was to join Texas' Biggest Company.
So in 2004, Kim joined Re/max. It was a great company and Kim had much success with Re/Max. Then a Realtor Associate, Kendra Zadnik, decided to start a Brokerage. Kim was very impressed with Kendra's ethics. Kendra's vision for this new brokerage was exceptional. So in 2005 Kim joined Premier Realtors.
She had always wanted to work for Keller Williams. But at that time in her marketplace there was not a Keller Williams office for her to join.
Finally, Jeff Bird decided to open a Keller Williams office. She was one of the first to be contacted to join. After taking a year off, to travel and spend time with family, Kim became a Realtor for Keller Williams in 2007, and has finally found the perfect Real Estate Firm. Although the other companies are great, Keller Williams is by far the most state-of-the-art company of all. Kim says the companies training is the best she has been a part of, in the industry.
Together, Kim's business and her TEAM have forged a tradition of integrity, exceptional service and customer satisfaction that became her Team's trademark.
For 7 ½ years her organization has been providing exceptional full-service real estate.
